Yes we had an ugly view overlooking the roof of the casino where there was a lot of construction work going on, but not in middle of the night! This was a beautiful designed room which we enjoyed very much. THIS time, the desk clerk said that ALL of the handicapped rooms overlook the loading dock in Tower I.(although I was positive when we stayed with friends who were on the opposite side of the corridor there was a handicapped room next to them) so she offered to put us in the 'new' Tower II. Every time we have requested a room on the other side of the hall and told we would get one and then didn't. We require a handicapped accessible room and every time for years we have been put into a room over looking the loading dock.noisey trucks coming and going at all hours of the night.
